★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Under service is out!! On last Tuesday we just bought one bottle of rice and wheat shampoo the staff which is lady show her face with very unfriendly and no manners. I couldn’t see her name tag anyway I won’t go there again for any purchased. Thank you for bring to us this kind of experiences

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took some empty bottles for recycling yesterday(18/6) I don’t know need to clean them before accepting them. A female clerk had a very bad tone and told me that I needed to wash it before next time. I know .But you don’t have to repeat it 4 times and before that I’ma already say apologize If you are so reluctant, ask me to take it back .Your attitude makes me feel like I'm prisoner and childish

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today(06-07-2020), I have visited to the Kiehl's branch at Queensbay Mall. I was being treated badly by a short hair staff. We could understand that now is the phase of RMCO, but this staff used the harsh and impolite way to inform that only one person is allowed to go in the shop (we are three persons that time).
Hope to see the improvement on the attitude of the staff in Queensbay mall 's Kiehl's.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came for several times for different days just to buy the products but due to the lack of staffs no one serve me, I am fine with it. But, even I want to buy the product wait at the cashier also no one willing to serve me, is this a proper ways for your service??? For this bad service & bad attitude of your all staffs in this outlet, I will never return to this QB outlet again. Please train your staffs well even though is busy at least someone respond to your customers not act like did not see anyone at the counter who wants to purchase.
Come on this is your sales, it is coming infront to you but your ‘well-trained’ staff let it go.
