โ โ โ โ โ KIKARO Very Poor Service. We paid on 23/1/19. Already 3 months, we are still waiting for the delivery. No followup calls from them also. We only calling them bi-weekly but empty promising.

โ โ โ โ โ bad after service. sent me incomplete set of purchase and promised to send on coming working day at 6pm. i have been waiting for more than an hour now. called the sales person who incharged of my purchase, he off his phone. called the company, know nothing about this. still waiting....

โ โ โ โ โ Poor service! Waste of your time and money. Dont come here!
We bought 1 matress and 1 bed frame, they wont deliver because its near Holiday Raya so we book our own delivery guy (lori), only 1 mattress came no bed frame. When we ask about it they wont take responsibility and blaming the lori, when in fact they didnt supervise at all. They told us they wont take responsibility ans told us to bring the bed back and will refund the money.

โ โ โ โ โ Kikaro branch along Old klang Road towards jln puchong have this lady by the name Jeniffer who always talk unnecessary and never been helpful enough. I use to liaise with her and had bad experience. Do not deal with her at all. Poor customer service.

โ โ โ โ โ Words cannot describe their poor service enough.
1. Delivery date was reschedule several times
2. On the actual date of delivery, delivery was late - 5 hours late, late into the night!
This was even after literally begging them to deliver. If you like to beg for stuff you paid for by all means and get stuff from them.
3. Different staff keeps picking up the phone pretending to act surprise that no delivery was made and said will check and call back - ZERO calls were received
Not recommended, take your hard earn money elsewhere.
