★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service attitude. Come to condo check measurement for one sliding door, Chargeble at RM2700 guarantee can deliver n do the job. After given 100% payment made everything changed. Firstly, poor time management, came to condo for measurement, and took a week time to come back for work. After long waiting,first job at 2pm but came at 3pm. Even more disappointed was that, they told me, the measurement was wrong so couldnt install. I have no choice to call the PIC, but he was very rude to me and said if dont like can refund, bcoz m not their big customer, only one door is like that. Then need another 3days to amend the door size even made stupid suggestion to me, to hack my ceiling in order to fit the wrong size door. I am now still waiting for a solution. They said will come and install again this monday. And my time n process of renovation is all stuck. I hope the customer will take note. Sentul branch. And i wish the management will review the service attitude of the staff.
