β β β β β Banned this place. Bad food, complicated menu, deceiving order sheets that will make you order those with extra payment, staffs forgetting our orders because the sets are complicated AF. Now it reminded me why I will never want to go back to Kim Gary.

β β β β β I've tried Kim Gary from different outlets but this hmm need improvement tho. Ordering from QR code scan on phone is like fill up a form or taking a test D: *probably less human interaction because of this covid-19 ?
Really takes time as they provide too many options to choose; at that point me feeling like talking to the waiter is so much faster than ordering from my phone.
The food is just fine, need improvement on their service.
