β β β β β Ms Kim altered my jeans within few mins. Friendly reply when I asked by WhatsApp late at night. It's just so small shop and almost can't see the signboard. Plan to send her more things to alter. Haha!

β β β β β Never advise customer with her supposedly professional knowledge on clothes alterations. I brought in three pants to alter elastic waist. Told her the waist is 32in. She as a professional alteration person should have advise customer to alter pants to 28in bcos it's elastic waist!!! Call back to discuss with her, she told me to charge in full if re-alter again!!! Her demeaner changed immediately after I told her the above. Reply me in such a loud tone!! I will never go back there again. Advice you all to seek other alterationist for better professional services. ???

β β β β β Super good service, nice and quick fix. I bought the wrong size dress, needa cut it short, make it smaller at the waist, armpit and arm. The aunty took only a day to fix it and the price is really reasonable! Then she saw the dress I bought (brown colour) is sew with white zip, she said it looks nicer with brown so she changed it for me too (to brown zip). I was so surprised and happy with her professionalism too! Very recommended!

β β β β β The lady owner took more than 3 months to alter 3 shirts and several jogging pants because she claimed her hands full due to CNY (when I visited her the 2nd time). I gave her the items in Nov 21 and had to visit two more times before she finally said she would get them done in Feb 22. The shirt alteration cost RM35 each, which I thought was a bit steep. Anyway, the service was really bad (second time patronising her), it's more like an opportunistic business who was selective with work given to her...
