★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude sales manager, sent an email and then no reply therefore I called in And when I asked did you receive my email for quotation? The sales person Crystal just replied “I don’t see any company name so I just put it aside - which company are you calling from?” To which I replied “ I wrote my name and you could have replied the email to ask the question you need instead of putting this away? “. The lady replied “I am VERY busy right now.. give me your number and I will call you back” she did not call me back, this is a very typical way of companies in Johor working only hungry from big orders and hoping for orders in Singapore.. the business will change after this COVID-19 and your behaviour towards even another person even as a human reflects ignorance and arrogance and tone of voice doesn’t even show any basic respect. I am not sure how your company serve their customers.
