★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought 3 mattress with bed frames with King Koil Sunway branch. Full payment was made when purchase. However, the bed frame for 1 of the bed was wrong. Clearly, no quality control before the items are sent out. 2nd and 3rd delivery were all in wrong color. 4th delivery, the color of bedframe was finally correct but in wrong size! Trying to resolve the issue with the manager, the staff is pushing and not willing to provide the contact. Really disappointed and angry with this purchase. STRONGLY DISCOURAGE ANYONE TO PURCHASE FROM THEM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed with the service in this branch, especially with the elderly indian guy there. I went into the store to try the Premium hotel range and the Prince range as they were the ones we were happy with. What happened was shocking, we tried the hotel premium range and was quoted ~6k which was normal as we’ve already did our homework. Then we proceeded to try the Prince range which we know were a cheaper range. He suddenly quoted us 8k. I was shocked! 8k? He said yes confirming the price. And in my mind, I would just get a 9k Serta we wanted if this were the price. His mistake was, he left the price list in front of the bed and I quickly glanced it before he snatched it away. He was lying about the price! The maximum king was 5+, at most is 3k discounted. We can check it anywhere online my friend. Don’t LIE even if you wanted to kick us out! But the strangest thing is that. Why did he have to lie? Was it to spite us? I was still left wondering while writing this weird experience. Peace.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought full set with cash payment and delivery confirmed as 14th, later being delay to 19th. On 18th the Manager called and said they received wrong size from factory and revised the delivery date again to end of the month. The order all made via system and something wrong with their factory site. Its same experience with some of the previous customer.
