★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am refering Only to the RM54 Tiramisu cake that I bought for daughter's BD (25Oct20) at BB Ampang. It was really a let down. We used to love King's Tiramusu cake. It no longer was dusted with ample amount of coco powder topping. The cake itself, Only had a thin layer of chocolate cake making up the base, while only cream makes up for the height of the cake. We can really taste some peculiar condensed milk taste to one particular layer. The cake cannot hold itself proper for long at room temperature. So, we definately NOT picking up Tiramisu cake at King's any time soon. Please relabel the cake with another name because it definately does not live to being a 'Tiramisu'. The only plus is that cake deco was nice.

Cakes no more tasty.
Poor ingredients used.
Says butter but Dairy spread is used n not butter.
Used to my favourite but not anymore.
Service is also poor.

Let's just says that secret recipe cake had set the standard, so the cake is cheaper, but the taste also "cheaper"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is alright , King's is one of the most traditional brand bakery in history , so their cake style very traditional style , as I just wanna a slice or two only not a whole cake or a whole mini cake so I wouldn't be able comment much , as the pieces I purchased. The staff did mentioned definitely all their cake is sweet , I try to get the least sweet among all the slice of cake they had , is alright but still too sweet . And yes for slice cake buy 2 above is cheaper too and I see their mini whole cake pricing not bad , will try to hit that up next time. *the candles is from secret recipe , which very near too*

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a rainy morning, craved for something hot. So i went to the bakery and asked if I could get the tart heated. They were so blur and said cant.
Just wondering why not a bakery shop doesn’t have a microwave to quickly heat the baked goods to provide the customers a good experience….
