★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is tasteless. Campsite was interfered with other camps going on. Aircond started leaking. No blankets. Water was quite dirty. No hanger in toilet. Very few power socket. Stuffy room. Very little toilet. Aircond is weak af.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's bad. I paid rm55 (one night) but just to find out that almost all the double decker beds are torn and shaky. The bed sheets are dusty. The room is not well lit and the toilet located inside the dormitory is so dim that it looks like haunted. The condition of toilet outside the dorm is so poor till there is NO shower heads! All the hangers are broken and useless. We have no place to hang our clothes and for goodness sake the only solution is to hang our clothes on the TAP! When we wanna switch our dorm to another one, the owner disallowed us and claimed we "dirtied the room". C'mon, the dorm initially is not clean anyway the beds are so shaky that I afraid it'll collapse anytime. Plus, u should make sure that all the electronics (lights, etc.) are in good condition b4 allowing your customer to stay in. The window and curtain is so fragile that It broke without even touching it! The chalet that my teacher paid for rm150 is not even worth it. The television broke down and I wonder why will it be calculated into the price as it's useless? And why is it placed INSIDE the room for entertainment purpose but it turn out to be broken? Srsly, I hope for a good trip and this accommodation ruined it. Everything went well but I got lots of complain from my friends about this place. Most importantly, thr are no line! No mobile data can be used and not a phone call can be made! It's so countryside that we had to be anti-social for one whole day! The only star I gave is bcuz of the wise location picked (near nature).
If you're going for a nature themed trip go ahead, this place is suitable for u. But if you're not, pls stay away. For those who wanna stay here, pls ready yourself for the bad infrastructure. I hope the owner will take all of the pre-customer's advice and make a change. Cuz no one would willing to pay for some lousy things. Thank you and sorry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They didn't promise us on what was agreed upon. They took in another group of people when we are having our own camp activity. They promised "not" to take in any other group and let us use all the facilities, but they didn't kept their promise. They also did not provide us with a menu when asked

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall experience was quite disappointing. Last minute changes from campsite and miscommunications between the campsite person-in-charged led to trouble on our part. The food quality are also below average from what we paid for. Compromising are requested without providing any compensations. (10/10 won't recommend)

Even the most basic facility - the dorm, is so so bad, 1 toilet and bathroom per dorm that fits 20+ people, with no hanger for your clothes in bathroom and don't even provide blanket for campers. Management wise was also really bad as well, last minute changes and facilities restrictions really screwed our camp experience.
If you don't want your camping or bonding plan got screwed by their management, choose wisely :) good luck camping

We had a 3D2N uni camp here and overall experience was good EXCEPT for three things that need to be improved:
1. Hygiene
- The drinking water provided was murky even after boiling.
- No water heater and shower heads in the toilets. All they have is pail and water scoop.
- Cleanliness of rooms was average, but cafeteria otherwise. There were some greasy stains on the plates, cups and cutleries provided, so we had to request for dishwasher to wash the oily plates ourselves.
2. Poor Maintenance
- Quotation given was not as promised at first. They've been charging us random things and air-conditioner for big hall at the very last minute for 1k, which we did not mutually agree on it but were forced to pay bc we had no choice to switch to other campsite at the very last minute.
- It will be super cold when sleeping at the night, and there is no blanket provided. So make sure you bring your own blanket.
- Not enough power sockets. We rented for a 52pax dorm (Cendekiawan) and the only two power sockets in the dorm WERE NOT WORKING. And when we asked the management to fix it, they told us there is another one which is nowhere to be found.
- Food was average, except for the portion. We've been requesting for larger portions for our dishes (bc we have 80 campers) since the first meal and they only took action in our last meal. So we ended up controlling the intake of every camper (which is very unfair bc they did not pay for this)
3. Poor Attitude
- Ever since we made any request from the management, be it adding dishes' portion or checking the impaired power sockets, they would just pull a long face at you and made you feel like you're just being annoying. It made us feel like as if we need to beg them for what you have paid for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great place to do team building and bonding camp. The water of river is chill and the place is really suitable for water games. Hope tat the food can be better but the fee is relatively cheap. The room is quite OK and there is room to bath. The mobile network is not good, but overall is a nice place to habg out with friends and family members

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The campsite is above average, located in an area that is quite nice, and I would have been satisfied if it's wasn't for the management - or at least, the lack of it. We booked for a large number of campers a few weeks prior and the management allowed a group from another university to attend. Hence, the facilities had to be shared by many at once. There was also a lot of miscommunications and they really hid plenty of extra charges from us, such as the hall's air-cond and they actually demanded for more payment on the last minute.
Also, they didn't give us the menu even when we asked for it before going to the campsite. The food served was unsatisfying. Just two dishes for 80 campers and we had to complain and demand for extra serving since they keep saying that it was "it's enough if everyone just gets one piece of chicken". The drinking water served was not clean and there were no blankets provided. Disappointed but not surprised. 10/10 would NOT recommend.
