β β β β β Steven, the owner I presume, was kind in giving lengthy advice to a walk-in customer like me. The shop is much cleaner and smell better than many other pet shops in BM. A more cosier environment. Whether pets love it or not, I loved it. Go there and see for yourself.

β β β β β Did not follow my schedule and frequent to feed my dog during it stay in their shop. All handle by maid, maid did not take note on specific requirements. We bring the dog here as they promised will follow the dog routine but ended up just empty promise. Our dog need special care due to health issue but here surely they did not meet our expectations. Disappointed as we trusted them based on online good reviews.

β β β β β Wow thank you so much for making my pet traumatized after a session with you. Don't know what's they've been doing to my baby until contacted a fever from a physical and emotional trauma after I send my pet here. Don't ever come here. Find a better shop. Even though the owner is friendly but the Indian maid seems so very unfriendly and handle the pets terribly. Bye.
