★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The centre did help my grandma when she hospitalised in hospital sultan Ismail by providing private nursing. Then arrange for ambulance when discharged from hospital. Well arrangement from hospitalised till admitted into the centre. Hassles free to my family with the one stop service from this centre.
Appreciate your help. My grandma is now having great resting at the centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like this centre because this centre is totally taken care by registered nurse and experienced care giver. Unlike other centre which is taken care by maids. The person in charge is a very experienced nurse who been work in both Singapore and Malaysia. She is very friendly and attentive to my SPECIAL request on taking care my parent. The staff nurse and care giver are very self-disciplined. The PIC will make sure all her staffs are taking care the old folks diligently. The centre are always equipped with well trained staffs to fulfilled the high demand of residents. The most I impressed is how the PIC handling the staff issue to ensure quality life in the centre. My real experiences in dealing this is when i see one of the newly hired indian care giver named ANJU who trying to make chaos with poor working attitude.. I amazed how the other staffs are all very cooperative and solve the issue immediately. Thumbs up! I might be new to the centre but i promise will always visit and observe the centre to ensure the quality maintain.
