★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite cheap to buy weekly groceries. Many shops are open such as electric, good, garments, vcd/cd, optic, supermarket Hwa Tai. The foods at the food court also cheap and nice.
Pasar at the next door, convention place to get everything we need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite a big market where you can find all your household daily needs including fruits, vegetables, meat, groceries, etc. Prices are reasonable and goods are well stocked. Stalls are neat and tidy which makes shopping a pleasant experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kip Mart in Bandar Tampoi Johor Bahru - a common place for Singaporean to go n do their shopping.
The place have undergone some renovation and upgrading work. It is now divided into 2 section - the shopping area is now fully air-conditioned and the wet market is at the side divided by the glass door that separate the two area.
It's much more pleasant as the smell of the wet market does no longer linger in the shopping area. Alots of street food stalls,fruit stalls groceries stalls followed by the poultry stall and wet market fresh fish stall. There is 1 stall in particular that sell fresh fresh cow meat that are slaughter every day.
Hwa Thai supermarket provide value for money shopping. Join the Hwa Thai Premium points cards - u can collect your points and unlike before your points will be converted to cash that will be credited to your card automatically

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a mix of dry and wet markets, for the wet market you can find seafoods, poultry, beef,lamb and dry market of daily household goods. Apart from that you can find fashion store, handphone shop etc. This is more or less a one stop shopping under one roof.
