Wasting time and money
Asked this vendor to do cabinet for my house. but, the person in charge Nadia, very very unprofessional. Called the boss named Aril, also nothing happened.
FIRST PROMISE ON 5TH FEBRUARY 2021.
SECOND PROMISE ON 8TH FEBRUARY 2021.
THIRD PROMISE ON 18TH FEBRUARY 2021.
FOURTH PROMISE 19TH FEBRUARY 2021.
All the time same modus operandi, say will come in the morning. But when the day come. No feedback. I have to call myself to follow up what happened and they will not picked up the phone until hours after. Will give unreasonable excuses every time.
Asked for my money back, but refuses

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had same experience with encik megat. Unfortunately I didn't read his review before I dealed with same person, nadia. She made unreasonable excuses that causes 1 month delay for our minor renovation. Calls and messages not answered. Their works were very bad quality. Called their boss Mr aril also no difference. Had to hire another contractor to fix the damage done. Police report lodged. Please beware of this company.
