Firstly, I send my laptop to you for repair and then you tell me how much the price is, ok I accept the price and I'll waiting you to fix my laptop. But after almost 3 weeks, you just keep increase your repair fee and saying my laptop "still checking" including maybe have some broken parts need to fix as well. Hello! I only have 1 problem...... I send my laptop to you because I trust you, but you didn't even start repair!!! Later when I got back my laptop, I forget to say thank you for giving me some "present". Because what? I only have one issue but you just "giving" me another problem, my laptop's battery is broken. Like seriously, if you don't respect your customer, why I want to respect you. Also do you know you're just wasting my time, a lot of time... I'm feel disappointed and I seriously regret sending my laptop to you. Oh btw, just give you some "advice", if you don't do well on this business, don't need to do the computer repair business in the future, close the store immediately and don't come back to this business anymore!!! What a disrespectful repair store owner, waste my time to fix "nothing" and broke my laptop's parts...
