i'm happy with the air conditioner services by kkgroup services, the technician very polite and explain which part need to repair and services. Price affordable, will recommend to my relative/frenz. Once completely, their manager will follow up with me after services. Very Good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No cooling after 1 week of installation. KK Group refused to come and check. So I need claim warranty and they check found installation improper leaking. They called KK Group and now they will come tomorrow.
Usually installer will come and check any problems within one month. So close in USJ also dont want to come.
Bad after sales service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish to give no star. They position the aircond at a very unreasonable place. My room was not cold at all, because the cold air diffused. Not even changing the socket to 15A. The only things that gets cold are the curtains. Dear all, please avoid buying from this shop.
