โ โ โ โ โ Customer service is really bad. Not sure what the training center taught them. They take x10 more time (compared to average speed cashier) for everyone's check out. Sometimes they refused to give us small change (claiming they don't have small change but we saw it clearly laying there). Sometimes they take their own sweet time to chit chat then only they attend to us.

โ โ โ โ โ Staffs sometimes didn't put on their mask. There are people sitting outside of KK mart npt wearing mask during this pandemic, no one did any action towards this. We have given 3 chances but nothing happens still. Therefore, we have stopped going to this branch.

โ โ โ โ โ never never go there anymore, the staff service very bad, becareful when u go photocopy. photocopy 4 pcs A4 size charged RM3.20, it is a bit too much with low quality printing n services.
