★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I went to this KK shop, there were never ended with good customer experience. I will only list 2 of them:-
1) every time when there was change of RM0.05 cent, your cashier never give me back the 5cent. It’s not about the amount of money, but the integrity he held as a cashier! If he didn’t has the change / wanted the 5cent to go into his own pocket, just ask me...do not acting like I don’t know what he was doing. When I asked my balance of 5cent, he replied “we don’t have 5cent” it’s not my problem of you not having that, I just want my money balance back!
2) Today, I went again to buy 1 LARGE BOX of KK brand Mineral Water. I was alone and unfortunately having a fever. Your staff can clearly see my pale face. After I bought 1 large box of mineral water & 2 boxes of omega eggs, I asked for a HELP “can you HELP me to carry the water box into my car?” FYI, my car was just IN FRONT of your shop at the parking area, but your staff simply replied “Ohh here we don’t offer that kind of service” if you don’t offer that service, where is your humanity???? Pathetic
Improve your customer experience & give your staff training to always give smiles to your customers if you want your business to stay longer.
