★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lost keys and needed to get into our property the next day. House had THREE different types of locks. I sent pictures and got a quote over WhatsApp. Next day, KL locksmith sent their guy Chong, arrived early to meet us, was VERY fast, and the price was fair. A+ service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called KL Locksmith to enquire about picking/breaking the lock to my apartment as the previous owner took the keys. I was asked to send photo of the lock via WhatsApp. I got a quotation instantly. The lock costs RM79. Labour RM40. However, I was informed later by a locksmith who would do the job that I needed to add RM70 for breaking the lock. RM40 was for replacing a lock only. Miscommunication? Initially, the locksmith tried to pick the lock (double lock). After trying for an hour unsuccessfully, he decided to drill it. Took him another half an hour to succeed. The total cost came up to RM344 including replacing another lock to the air-cond compressor room (see pic.) The locksmith (Tan) was a pleasant guy. He was punctual. I would engage him again in future if needed.
