★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked the bus driver whether he will stop in any lrt. His response was only the last stop which is klcc then he said klcc again i reconfirmed he said twin tower. Very frustrating. He could have just told me he going to nearby ampang park lrt Citibank. Take note i asked in malay not English and thats his response . Plz educate your drives to tell which lrt they will be going to in his route. As a first time user of public i was lost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old type bus stop. I found staffs are not so friendly. Titiwansa LRT station is nearby. Red line and green line bus starts from here. This two buss playing important role and serving many city dewellers everyday. Some other long route bus giving services from same bus stop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great to have this bus where it carries passengers and tourists to the destination totally free of charge without need to make a single payment. This bus bring passengers to major landmarks, tourist attractions, shopping malls and transit station. The bus only stop at designated stopping point so it won't be stopping at the place where bus supposedly should not be stop. Free Wi-Fi available for every bus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The GoKL free bus is a very good connection between most of the popular shopping malls, tourist spots and well known places in KL. Buses are clean, comfortable, handicap friendly & free wifi. However, I notice occasionally, the driver does not stop at each bus stop along the way. The RED line bus (Scania made city bus) that I took this afternoon at 1:20pm does not announce upcoming stops nor provide a screen indicator that tells the next stop. Unless you're a local and know your way around, it can be difficult to navigate for tourist or new rider.
