★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A well organised bus station and very systematic ,to get in to a bus no confusion jz follow the gate number written on the ticket. I would say a mini airport. To get to this bus station plenty of choices train ,bus and taxis and enjoy the huge atmosphere here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No complain on this modern bus terminal except for the budget taxi service. Signboard of budget service should be removed. Only meter taxi drivers are allowed. I was told the non blue taxi is cheaper. From TBS to Pullman Hotel Bangsar Rm40 while my friend went earlier was charged Rm23. Warning to other passengers don't use the ? that overcharged.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great bus station even compare to European standards. The only side is when you ask some directions to staff in English and some of the staff cannot answer properly. Overall the station is fantastic and full of amenities. Well done Malaysia... Another step further... Well done

2. Sufficient car park space, but it is always in high demand.
3. Centralized with LRT connection and other local transport.
4. Waiting area is ample.
5. Each gate is manage by a staff to check your bus ticket.
6. Each gate is also equipped with bus departure information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bus station is one of the major hubs for intercity buses to and from Kuala Lumpur. In my opinion, it’s one of the best bus stations I’ve used, anywhere. As many reviewers have pointed out, this station really is set up like an airport terminal.
Buying a ticket is really easy. There are automated and staffed ticket counters. I only used the latter. The counter staff will bring up a list of all the buses travelling to your destination and you simply tell the staff which bus you’d to use. The choices range from a bus departing in the new 5 minutes to buses schedules for hours away. To enter the departure lounge on the lower levels, you have to use the QR code on the ticket to get through the guarded turnstiles. From there you simply go to the departure gate for your bus. The facilities in the terminal are pretty good, with plenty of places to eat or snacks for the journey.
I was using Kuala Lumpur as a base for travelling around peninsular Malaysia and used this station for cities like Ipoh, Melaka and Johor Bahru etc. Location wise the terminal is far from the centre of KL, in Bandar Tasek Selatan, in the south of the city. The Bandar Tasik Selatan LRT station connects to the bus terminal and from there and only a 5 minute walk.
