★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely lives up to the name. If you expect shops and convenience stores, you may be disappointed with the selection you have here. Not the busiest terminal, and pretty clean most of the time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Necessities are available, just don't know where the ATM is..but its ok..went to Giant Hypermarket for ATM. Could improve on signboard, I don't know where to get local bus that day. Hard to get a metered taxi, suggest to use e-hailing instead.

Dear Klang Sentral terminal ,
Please teach your staff be friendly operator .
Morning already rude to customer ,
When I video her attitude she still wan rob my phone . Terrible service .
And I request company phone number or email address to do complaint, they don’t wan give me .
Terrible company + terrible staff
Better go KL TBS also don’t wan go here.
Bagi itu operator nasihat , Kalau tak boleh cakap baik baik dengan Customer , u jangan kerja sebagai operator ! Lagi marah Customer mampus!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ online e ticket pls print out the bus ticket by your own ... just a small piece of paper , need to pay rm2 printing fees

1. Potholes! Near the corner entrance road, exit road.
2. For e-ticket. The counter will ask you to pay RM2. I dont know, probably the ticket paper PRINTING price.
3. The place is dirty. Trash everywhere and smells. Even got pile of trash at the main entrance.
