★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a 5d4n bangkok & hua hin tour from 13-17 Dec 2017. Specifically asked for english speaking tour guide. When we reached thailand, tour guide spoke in mandarin and didnt translate. Tour leader didnt translate and we had to repeatedly ask what was going on. Had no idea where we were going or what sights we were seeing. Very frustrating and felt like we wasted our opportunity to learn more about the places we went! The last hotel, bangkok Indra Regent even had small corcroaches in the room. Dissapointed....
