β β β β β A beautiful peaceful home,The staff are wonderful and treat the residents with respect dignity and love.The atmosphere is always very calm and they are so kind and caring to all residents,An amazing care home, something I have not witnessed in any other home I have visited.Facilities,Care and Support,Cleanliness,Treated with Dignity,Management,Safety and Security-everything is excellent.

β β β β β Beautiful and clean care home, well equipped and managed by a fantastic team of nurses and caregivers. Matron Tan oversees the home and is assisted by Sister Siva. We are so grateful to have my grandma under their care.
The place is kept very clean and tidy, beautiful environment with lots of greenery. Very tastefully decorated and well equipped with oxygen tank, care equipment etc. Matron Tan and Sister Siva are both very alert to the needs of the residents and take great care in ensuring the medication, food and wellbeing are taken care of.
The chef and kitchen staff are also great and I have heard residents commenting how good the food is, lots of variety everyday. The chef once told us that the food taste good as he cooks it with love from his heart. The home also has an in-house physio therapist Meg who tirelessly helps residents to stay fit and healthy. Most importantly Dr K who visits weekly, he is a very attentive and caring doctor. Those weekly visits have been so beneficial. Kudos to management team Ruben, the guard who enforces the Covid SOP and Ganesan who is ever so helpful.
To the nurses and caregivers who look after my grandma daily Amy, Gee, Danisha and others whose name I have yet to learn, thank you for your love and care, we appreciate it from the bottom of our hearts.
We did a very thorough research of more than 20 care homes in KL and PJ and I am glad we made the right choice with KLC.

Chai Kit is now laid to rest in peace ???. We are so glad to have selected your centre to care for him in his final days. The management staff is professional and considerate while the carers are cheerful and caring. Especially Ian, Chai Kit's favourite carer and well experienced matron Ms Tan who oversees the centre's operations.
Ms Tan assuring attitude and soft spoken nature put all your worries at bay. A great team and a great place. Bravo and keep it up.

They are caring and patient when taking care of the residents. Also, the management team has been doing a great job at ensuring things to run smoothly and the upkeep of care home.
