- doesn't accept RM50 note even the parking rate is RM20 and above if you work there.
- even RM20 note the machine will reject don't know on what reason until need to try so many times. (sometimes can sometimes cannot)
- if you press help and needed to go to the parking office. they won't have change to give u a balance and most of the staff is blur.
conclusion is if your parking rate is high at least give a decent or good machine or a user friendly. it's not only myself encounter this, there's so many of my colleague and stranger that I meet at the parking machine complaint about this.
