My parcel from Korea was stuck in pos hub for 3 weeks and they just make excuse to not give me, don't even explain why they're holding it, say that the parcel is in cargo.
Then i went this cargo, asked them if i can collect, but my parcel was not here! They tried to call someone to help me, even an officer came to talk to me and explained what happen.
My parcel was with pos hub warehouse, there was flight issue that delayed the delivery.
So basically, I wasted my time and energy to visit pos hib for 3 times when they do not tell me anything, BUT this cargo staffs helped me a lot. I then understood what is going on with my parcel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called earlier to ask about sending an urgent parcel to Sibu from KL. They said the cargo flight going to Sibu is available and will fly in another 2 days and I can come anytime to drop my parcel. The next day I arranged a colleague to go and send the parcel to Maskargo and suddenly they said there was no flight going to Sibu because the total cargo weight that they were going to carry was less than 6 ton. It should have been easier if they explain this earlier during phone calls (I actually called & speak to the staff 4 times that day) than having us to go all the way to Klia from Shah Alam for nothing during MCO.
