β β β β β The clinic is shown open from 9am-9pm, but when I reached this clinic it shown no people Inside the clinic , call up also no pick up.. found out that it is no nurse and doc inside. Bring my maid to do fomema, but need to go for two times to collect the doc. It is very bad experience . Donβt have any notice is write Infront door said break timeβ¦ poor service.

β β β β β I take booster jab here, the Doctor soo kind...i just wonder at first why this clinic not pickup phone called, after went there I know why.... because just a doctor there even working days....and maybe the rude staff already not there or something ....soo it still had booster jab walk-in from 10am to 5pm

β β β β β Small waiting area & not enough staff to handle d deluge of customers coming in for covid-19 booster vaccination. The single doctor available seems stressed out by the situation but trying her best to handle the situation. Due to confusion, some latecomers managed to get in fast but those with earlier appointment time were asked to keep waiting outside. Not a pleasant experience to get vaccinated here.

β β β β β Iβve read some patients have unpleasant experience and I feel for them. But for me I had a pleasant one today for my booster jab. Depends on how your first compression with the staff or Dr too. They have a full day to cater to many and we only have a few hrs with them. Registering was fast if we have all the details in hand. Can understand the staff frustration when some came without appt and wanted it to be done. And some came early although appt in the afternoon. And many walk-ins further stressed the situation. As long we can understand their situation and how your first impression the visit will be pleasant. Dr Karuna is a pleasant lady. Had a friendly chat with her while she went through the procedure before giving the booster jab. Tried to change my mum appt to her clinic but she gave me a good explanation and the complication that could arise. I accepted. The staff is doing his best to accommodate everyone according to the appt time. And SOP is strictly adhered to. Thatβs commendable. Merry Xmas and happy new year.
