tutup klinik sebelum waktu (sblm kul 10pm)
Bercakap kasar dengan pelanggan
dimarahi bila datang ke klinik hampir pukul 10 mlm dan dihalau tak terima.
Muka staff dibahagian pendaftaran masam macam cuka tkda langsung senyumnya pada pelanggan.
Saya nasihatkan jika rasa tk boleh komitment dengan pelanggan adalah lebih baik tukar ke bahagian lain, jangan menyusahkan pelanggan.
Pihak KKM harus memandang serius akan hal ini sbb ianya melibatkan penduduk setempat yang mengguna perkhidmatan klinik 1 Malaysia.
Hal sebegini berlaku pada saya pada 13hb. June 2019, cukup sakit hati.
Services at 1Malaysia Clinic Tok Adis are quite disappointing,
close the clinic before the time (ie 10pm)
Say rude to customers
scolded when he came to the clinic almost at 10 pm and was driven away.
The staff's face on the sour-vinegar list of vinegar just smiled at the customer.
I advise if a sense of commitment to a customer is better to change to another, do not disturb the customer.
MOH should take this seriously as it involves locals who use the 1 Malaysia clinic services.
This happened to me on the 13th. June 2019, it's pretty pained.
