β β β β β The doctor treats me nicely,thus I give it 4 stars ,but less one star because of the receptionist. I was scolded twice during registration just because I knocked on the glass door, since the bell didn't ring ,and another one when I gave out my IC but it was not to her liking. I was being patient to her even coming there having migraine. ?

β β β β β The doctor so friendly and she treat me nicely. I give 5star for her service. And the receptionist too, maybe her voice is loud but she's nice. Definitely will come again. Recommended!

β β β β β Went to this clinic coz my cough still aren't well after A WEEK & 1/2.. Receptionist is very unfriendly, been welcome into as if I deliberately went there just to spread covid (im not there for fun you know). Dr requested me to do RTK test (because self test kit is not correct, ok, fine, i get that the kit could be inaccurate sometimes) but even after the results came out as negative why is theres no consultation/checking of why im having this cough in the first place. Dr just prescribed me a few medicines and ask to come back again if things becomes worse. Got charged RM150.. Now, after 2 weeks & 1/2 my cough still hasnt go away & I have to visit a clinic for the THIRD time.. ?
Edit: I reallyyyy appreciate Dr. Jessie's effort to follow up and resolve my issue. She gave a thorough explanation and recommendation. & also thank you for the warm welcome by the receptionist.. Thus, I change the rating to 5 star..
