Doctor was super rude and she did not show any interest in examining me. She did not even examine me at all, just ask me to go to another clinic and ask for an xray. And when i ask questions she even laughed at my questions as if im so stupid for asking such things. Dont go here. Get better treatment. This clinic should be closed !!

I vowed not to return to this clinic years ago coz of the arrogant young male Dr. Today, I went again coz it’s the only panel clinic I know that’s open on Sunday. My usual clinic is closed. I had to get a referral letter to see my specialist. I was shocked when I got the letter. It was written “chinese lady” & my age. Why does the female Dr has a need to write my ethnicity? I find it so racist! Does she like it if I call her Indian lady?! My name above is clearly stated & so is my date of birth. Isn’t it obvious enough? They insisted that I have to see the Dr in order to get the referral letter & I complied without mention anything. Dr explained the reason for her questions when I never even ask/say anything thru out the consultation except to tell her my condition. I do not see her need of explanation. Perhaps she was trying to be professional but what she has written, is not being professional at all. Secondly, there was no clinic stamp on it which will render my referral letter not valid. I had to asked the counter to put a stamp on it. Very unprofessional & sloppy job! I was surprised with the amount of bad reviews on this clinic. If I had known earlier, I would go elsewhere. Never come to this clinic if you can help it.

Worst doctor ever! Please subang peeps dun come here. The doctor not check you properly, just asking you some questions then ask you go to hospital. She just said "take mc then eat medicine". The service not good at all. Worst doctor, please change your attitude.

Blady slow and the nurse just sits at her place without moving. Once a patient is out the doctor should call the next patient.

Recently did covid test in this clinic, the price for the test was affordable compare to any other clinic. Dr Param is very experience and professional when giving explanation.

Worst doctor ever. She just checked my daughter's chest and without other examination, she asked us to go to the hospital. No interest in examining my daughter and son. Charged us for just checking the chest without proper explanation. Don't come here. Nurse also very rude.

Been visited this clinic few times.the doctor had a trouble to listen of parents information about kids and more inclined to argue with parents. if you plan to bring kid here just forget it, she don't have any soft skill engaging kid for the checkup and will treat your kid as adult. definitely need significant improvement in term of soft skill as a general practitioner.

**READ IT BEFORE YOU VISIT Alam Medic USJ4** this is my worst experience with doctor and it will be my first and LAST visit. Doctor just assume my illness and shouting at me when I'm trying to explain what happened these few days and she never listen. she told me "you only got 2 options, do covid test tomorrow or I refer you to the hospital." "you came too late, so I couldn't do covid test now, the only choice is you have to come tomorrow." (Is blaming the patient parts of doctor's job?) I'm trying to check with the doctor, shall I continue to take my previous dosage since u want me to come tomorrow. she said "some people thought of finishing the medicine will recover, but if you insist to take then take" (but in fact I'm just checking shall I take medicine tonight) so I requested a MC as she said I'm having fever and I got cough, she said she couldn't give a MC as she couldn't test what am I now but insist me to visit tomorrow, if the result is negative, she insist me to do blood test. I'm tired of arguing or explaining my condition, so she said she wanna gave me a fluid to drop into my nostril to prevent nose block and a cough syrup based on my request (as my main condition is having nose block and cough). while waiting for my medicine, I heard the conversation between the nurse "no MC?" They repeat and checking with each other as they doubt about the doctor's decision too. in the end I only get a tiny "nose drip" but no cough syrup, I checked with the nurse "where is the cough syrup? your doctor said will give it to me" the nurse replied "doctor say u still got some dosage previously (not from this clinic and no cough syrup for my previous dosage) just finish it." now I understand this PROFESSIONAL DOCTOR will not provide MC or any relevant medicine when you have fever (checked by her) and cough. I seldom leave BAD REVIEW as I understand life is not easy but my life gonna be RISKY if I visit this clinic as I don't get the medicine I should get. With the unprofessional and rude attitude from the doctor, I feel very disappointed and doubt the existence of this clinic whether it can be operated any further. I couldn't get the doctor's name but she's an Indian lady. (NO OFFENSE as I really respect Indian doctor and believe in doctor's advice). if I were to do any covid test/blood test or any kind of test, this will be the first clinic to be eliminated from my list as I dont have confident with UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE DOCTOR. (I'm ok if you suspect me with covid, but not with unprofessional advice and rude attitude, this is the first time I met a doctor like that).
