★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ubat bagus. Orang tua sakit telinga tak dengar bayar $$$ mahal la tapi baik. Kira mahal la tu. Tapi masa menunggu sangat la lama. Register pukul 8 pagi. Giliran nombor dipanggil pukul 11pagi. Dapat ubat pukul 12.30 tgh hari. Agaknya hari tu ubat habis kot. Kena bancuh lain. Kuali pulak bocor.
 Good medicine. The old man's earache did not pay for his $$$ was expensive but good. I guess it's expensive. But the waiting period is very long. Register at 8 am. The number turns to be called at 11am. Can take medicine at 12.30 pm. It seems that the drug is out of date. Other mixes. The frying pan is leaking.

Kalau pegi klinik lain,.telinga jadi makin teruk,,tapi pegi Dr Ali, alhamdulilah, mmng telinga makin okay, tunggu lama Pon berbaloi,,doktor Pon mmng dah pakar Dan teliti Dalam buat kerja ?????? harga Pon berbaloi, berbanding Dr ent yg lain..
I came here because of the fungus in the ear .. I want to wait, it's really slow, but the service is the best! If I go to another clinic, my ears get worse, but I go to Dr Ali, thank God, my ears are getting better, wait a long time, Pon is worth it, Pon's doctor is already an expert and thorough in doing the work ?????? Pon's price is worth it, compared to other Dr ent ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doktor bagus tapi sistem kaunter lemah sangat sangat sangat!!! Beri nombor giliran atas sebutan mulut sahaja.. Kita p awai.. tunggu depan klinik 15-20 min sebelum klinik buka tau.. Beratur.. Dah dia buka pintu, (gril tak buka lagi), dia minta ic.. Kot celah gril kita bagi ic.. Dia sebut no giliran kita.. Ic kita dia pegang ok... Kemudian dia cakap, nanti 9.30 baru datang pula.. Tapi bila pergi 9.30, hak giliran kita dinafikan.. Diberi pada orang lain.. Sebab dia sendiri terlupa susunan.. Kita tegaskan no giliran kita, dia tetap kata kita salah.. 2 nombor lewat dari sepatutnya pon, + - sejam yaa tambahan masa menunggu.. (waktu rawatan orang no 1 bermula jam 10.35 hari tersebut)
The doctor is good but the counter system is very very very weak !!! Give the queue number by word of mouth only .. We p awai .. wait in front of the clinic 15-20 min before the clinic opens tau .. Queue .. He opened the door, (grill is not open yet), he asked for ic .. we share ic .. He says our turn number .. Ic we he holds ok ... Then he said, later 9.30 will only come anyway .. But when we go 9.30, our turn right is denied .. Given to someone else .. Because he myself forgot the order .. We confirmed our turn number, he still said we were wrong .. 2 numbers later than it should be a pound, + - an hour yes extra waiting time .. (treatment time for person no 1 starts at 10.35 that day)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assalamualaikum...pertama sekali saya ingin ucapkan JUTAAN TERIMA KASIH KEPADA STAFF DAN DR..perkhidmatan klinik ini sangat teliti dan sistematik. Kemas teliti. Suasana yg tenang. Rawatan yg TERBAIK. Selain itu, dr turut beekongsi ilmu pengetahuan yang sangat PADU. Telinga saya naik fungus, sy xtahu langsung ia naik fungus, g klinik lain mrk kata bengkak alergik n gegendang bocor, tapi sebaliknya...saya siap tanya dr adakah gegendang telinga sy bocor, dr Ali sangat murah hati berkongsi ilmu, bagaimana nak tahu gegendang bocor or x, alhamdulillah tak bocor dan elok. Siap Dr.ulas dengan detail. Setengah reviews komplain negatif, ok mmg kena tggu lama, sb rawatan sangat teliti dan lama, dan sangat berpuas HATI. Trust me. SANGAT BERBALOI.
Assalamualaikum ... first of all I would like to say MILLIONS OF THANKS TO THE STAFF AND DR..the service of this clinic is very thorough and systematic. Tidy up carefully. Quiet atmosphere. The BEST treatment. Apart from that, dr also shared a very solid knowledge. My ear got fungus, I knew right away it got fungus, another clinic said it was allergic swelling and the eardrum was leaking, but on the other hand ... I was ready to ask if the eardrum was leaking, Dr. Ali was very generous in sharing his knowledge, how do I know the drum leaked or x, thank God it doesn't leak and it's beautiful. Ready to review in detail. Half of the reviews were negative complaints, ok, it took a long time, the treatment was very thorough and long, and I was very satisfied. Trust me. VERY WORTHWHILE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the service is great! but, I have to wait for a really long time even though there's not much people there. So, my daughter brought me to a restaurant to have lunch. When we get there back, we still have to wait for an hour though...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly you really have to be patience to get treated here because the waiting time is really long. If you registered at 10am you might be called to see Dr at 12pm the earliest. And it's quite expensive too but trust me it is worth the wait and worth the money cause the Dr is really an expert. Be it related with ear, nose and throat or other illnesses he's really good and he'll check you thoroughly. I was having issues with very bad ear infection, went to other clinic but getting worse and so painful until I can't sleep at night but after get treated here Alhamdulillah getting a lot better ? ? tq Dr
