The doctor needs to reprimand the staff at the receptiont. No manners. Talk to customers while playing the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hanya terima patient yang sakit pinggang dan cirit birit sahaja waktu covid ni. Orang yang jawab call pon elok majikan hantaq pi kursus cara menjawab call dan soalan klien.
Only accept patients with low back pain and diarrhea during this covid period. The person who answers the call is a good employer to take a course on how to answer the client's calls and questions.
