β β β β β Very bad experience with a staff (overheard the name is Laili) at the registration counter just now. If Klinik As-Salam wants to go further, they really need to properly trained the staff, or else the reputation will go down the drain. Remember, as we come here for the treatment, we are also expected to be treated nicely by the staff. Pls do something with her/properly educate her. Saya pergi klinik lain, tak pernah lagi saya jumpa staff klinik as-salam yg mcm ni.

With history of stillbirth and miscarriage, Doctor Rosma is really attentive and really is giving her 100% to make sure that I'm having healthy pregnancy this time around. β β β β β I book and attend for the appointment on the same day, it was smooth until the hotline who pick up my cl direct me to Salam branch 24hours instead of the right one. So I was walking very far cause there's limited parking in your area (I was 5 months pregnant).
As for the sonog session, Mdm celynn's voice a bit slow for my husband to listen but I can still hear. It was brief and simple explanation. Overall I'm happy EXCEPT for your hotline service.

β β β β β Clean. Tenang. The male receptionist was very courteous and speak very good English. I did my scan there with Dr. Martin. Professional, diligent and made me very comfortable. Bravo to the team there!

β β β β β The slowest clinic Iβve ever been. They are slower than turtle. It took me 2 hours to meet the doctor, then another 1.5 hours to get my medicines. I think this is snail speed. Then the staffs are not friendly at all. I would give 0 star if possible, i will never return to this place.

β β β β β Registration fast. Tapi slow to see doctor, they have lot of patient but only one doctor to see all. Please expect very slow time waiting. So I go to another panel AIA nearby Klinik Sofea. Fast and attentive doctor. Properly check my condition.

β β β β β the only good thing about the service is their fast registration and the doctor's service. I had to wait for 50min++ to get my medicine, while the other patients that came after me, all settle and go home already ??
