β β β β β Worst experience with a stucked up doctor. Very arrogant and unfriendly. Been to lots of doctors before in KL, in fact our regular GP that we patronize for more than 10 yrs in Shah Alam is very professional and friendly, minus the "arrogance". They charged my AIA card for close to rm200 and I regretted for every dollar & cents my insurance paid to this clinic/ this doctor in particular. Oh my , this is the most stuck up & rude doctor I have met my entire life! Lousy.

β β β β β This clinic should really starts detailing patients' medication. Meaning that, details on the medication label/envelope/supik ubat/container must be complete, and clearly written :
Name of patient, NAME OF MEDICINE, adequate direction, indication ,dose and frequency.
MALAYSIAN Poisons Acts 1952 & Regulation. Regulation 12(1).

β β β β β Guess Dr is so used to patients in small town who do not ask Qs and take whatever is given for treatment. Only a simple Q to Dr yet she has hard feeling and has spoken in arrogant way.
