★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lot of negative comment have been thrown before, but still no improvement, at all..
1. staff is arrogant, rude & lazy. Not bother to entertain people in front desk, but can chit chat with colleague a lot
2. waiting time is too long, average 2hrs. Got worst when sitting on the hard bench
3. when there is a long list of people, doc & staff didnt bother to expedite the line

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This clinic has 3 doctors. Business is good as there's always queue inside whereas the next door clinic is empty most of the time. Depending on which doctors you prefer, they all have their own customers. Personal thought, Dr Cheam is the best doctor here. He is friendly, detail oriented and has likeable charm that makes one feel comfortable even though not feeling well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The dr is good but the receptionist, indian girl is too rude to the patients... Its really hurting when she is scolding patients. The way she treat is too rude. Its too long to wait to see dr.. The way dr treat is super good and just need to wait for long queue for our turn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst clinic. Need to wait 2-3 hours averagely, got worst when sitting on hard wooden chair. Staff is rude, arrogant and irritating. They enjoy when looking at stressful patient. Have system issue, even when there is a long list of people, there is new patient go in & out. Not sure how they arrange the turns

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just now i go to this clinic. Their receptionist are very rude. Let other waiting too long and they serve the new patient who just come. But they know other patient just standing infront them too long but they just like do face. Sorry to say. Will never come again. Anyone who want to goes to their clinic please2 check review first. Mostly all about bad review. Very2 badddd!!!!
