Make appointment upfront, received doctor video call on time. Doctor was friendly, attentive and provide very details consultations, I've got my medication within 2hours. Very efficient I would say. Thanks KBS.

โ โ โ โ โ I had a great visit experience with Dr Reezal. He was patience,.detailed oriented while delivering his diagnosis. Will make this as my routine check clinic by default. The wait is worth as everyone get treated fairly.
Out of my surprise, the nurse called me the next day when they realize the medicine dispensed was wrong. asking me to go back for.changing it.

2. clinic opened at 9am on Sunday & the doctor was already in. clinic that I went last time clinic opened at 9 but the doc will only be in at 9.30.
3. fast registration
4. friendly, well-mannered & professional staff & doc
5. the doc is very soft-spoken & explained in details
I will definitely come here again if i am staying nearby, but apparently not. i just came for a medical checkup & the procedure ran smoothly. keep it up.

โ โ โ โ โ Dr Mohamed Reezal is friendly, patient and informative. Ease my worry for my sick child. Staff are friendly and allow you to book an appointment in the case of crowded clinic. There is a small kids play area in the clinic. Can also do ultrasound scan for pregnant ladies.

โ โ โ โ โ The first time I visited, the doctor was very good, but the counter staff there needs to be improved, and the first problem no give number card how i waiting for my tell, second I came have asked can use for claim health metrics? Her said can claim for the health metrics here. After i finally vaccination talk me now the settle down can't claim you need to payment?
What the miss problem? I have ask i want to claim so?
