★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are polite...and pleasant service...but waited for doctor too long...if its a busy time..i can accept it..im not sure bout the person...thought the doctor's friend or something...just two patients but waited for long time to finish their conversation...and than she went out...came in few times...didnt care bout the patient...aduh...and then she just like that ony went out for lunch...without inform anything...what...my god....all the patients were dissapoint...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came on a not busy hour and there was only one patient that came out from the doct room when I reached. I brought my mom c/o SOB and yet they made us to wait for almost 40 mins and when I reach to the counter to ask, the person in counter told me that only one doct is in charge and I need to wait for my turn. Coming from a medical background, yes I know that there's always queues in hospitals and clinics but you should always treat the patients who are in need first. Once I asked the receptionist for my turn, immediately the nurse is coming out to call the next patient. So all that while , that 40 mins where we're your doct and nurse?? Seriously not recommended on an emergency situation ?

The staffs and doctor who attended to me were all friendly helpful and resourceful. Plus clean and spacious environment. Thank you for the great service!
