★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ever since I moved to Bandar Bukit Raja, Klinik Chew was my go-to clinic for all needs and consultation on health. I am satisfied with all my visits with Dr Chew. She is very patient and always share and explain everything clearly and ensure you leave the clinic feeling assured. Although it’s always crowded , but the online queue system made it easy for me to queue without actually having to be there until when its nearer to my turn on the waiting list, then only i’ll drive to the clinic since its only less than 5mins from my house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good Dr. Zhou. The reason the queue is long is because she explains in details your situation.
This is what you're paying for, proper consultation.
She takes time to explain what is wrong with you and what can be done to help you.
I don't mind waiting to meet such an excellent and friendly doctor.
The staff at the clinic are friendly and efficient too.

They make sure to address all the complications thoroughly & advise accordingly. They follow up on my progress closely & take the right measures to ensure my speedy recovery.
Overall, I am very happy their service & thankful to both the doctors & support staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I can give 0 stars to review I definitely would. Made appointment for 12pm, arrive 11:50am, waited till 1pm still haven't reach my turn. Ask receptionist, "11:30am punya orang pun belum datang" was her reply. HELLO, if that person doesn't show up until 2pm you also won't let us in? What nonsense? I have to take number and wait.. cannot walk in. SO WHAT IS THE POINT OF ME MAKING APPOINTMENT?! Don't even respect people's time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you try to call them, mostly 99% can’t get thru. But if you pass by , you will see there is almost always a long queue. Decided to drop by instead .
Quite the opposite of what I thought
1. Staff was polite and friendly
2. Pcr test and RTK timing explained clearly and had timing that works for working adults
3. I saw the old review on the back lane filthy testing and I thought , they will ask me to go out of the clinic and walk at the filthy back lane like the other clinic near by , but no ( thank heavens) instead they allow me thru the clinic straight to the back, where there was a chair for me to sit and the procedure done . It is more hygienic .
The doctor was so friendly and cheerful. She was able to very quickly tell I had sinus ( I guess it explains the long queue)
I would recommend this clinic if your staying nearby

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here at 510PM TO DO RTK covid test, and waited until 546PM to get swab ready and done.
As the picture shown below, I did mine behind the back door, showing the alley (not sure if it is SOP but hey that's RM60 of wasting my time and to be sat behind the alley)
Would suggest doing other covid test at somewhere else.
Only one doctor available to do it for you.
