Older generation doctors do not provide any explanation, they just force you to do so in versus to their knowledge and experience..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst doctor ever. Grumpy and nasty. Wife went there to get a medical report as the clinic is panel for AIA. The doctor brushed her aside stating it's not worth his time to do the report. Wife even offered to pay cash so that it would be more convenient for the doctor and we don't have to go to another clinic since we were already there. He stressed cannot! What!!! Then why the hell is he on the panel. He didn't have to be so rude about it. In the end, he took her BP and wrote it on a piece of paper and charged us RM20, which is pointless as the insurance company requires a proper medical report. Please go to any other clinic. Any

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booster jab starts after 1pm. Clinic with 2 staff & 1 doc. Clinic has a very narrow waiting area. Able to manage the daily walk-in patients as well as the booster dose appointments in the afternoon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called this clinic to make appointment for pfizer vaccine, the nurse said no need make appointment can just come after 1pm, i informed the nurse i will come at 2pm, the nurse just said ok and hang up my phone, no record my name or phone number or anything. When i reached the clinic, the nurse asked me to leave said i never make appointment. Seriously!!! Please train your nurse to be professional!! U r the one who said no need appointment!!! U r wasting my time and create troubles to me!!

Brought my husband for knee and back pain problem. But the Dr only prescribed pain killer and ubat sapu. No Xray or anything. Then we asked for referral letter to go to see specialist (orthopaedic) at the hospital. He insisted not to give the referral letter instead giving him (my husband) MC. Why give MC when we already and clearly mentioned he is on leave?
Long story short, we went to another clinic and directly ask for referral letter from another Dr. We went to orthopaedic, did MRI, and the result is my husband is having slip disc and ACL. Like seriously Dr....?
