This helps in improving the health status of the patients, this has really worked on me very well and I have progressed a lot than 2 years before, amazing results.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Paul is incredible. He did a great job with my first ever health issue, explained to me very clearly. In my entire experience with doctors, Dr. Paul takes the time to call on his patient or WhatsApp’s everyday to check on the health situated until recovery. He has taken great care in my health and a lovely person to speak too during my illness and appointments in his clinic. It is rare to find a doctor who has such personal touches and care for his patient. He is also a doctor with outstanding medical care. I had a wonderful experience with Dr.Paul and his staff, they were always helpful and kind. Always giving top class service, I am so glad to have chosen Klinic Sri Krishna and would highly recommend anyone. Trust me you would not have any complaints or regrets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did a PCR test on the afternoon 21th Dec 2021 and submitted a phone number. The employee said that he would get the report the next night 22th Dec 2021. After that, report still not come and no one answered the call or he just turned off. Until today on the 26th, I still didn’t receive the report. The charge is cheap but no good. !
I dont know is what happen it but never come again！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did a PCR test here, no doubt was fast efficient no long que or even packed at all. BUT the way they send you the results is simple sent me a PDF file without even explaining the results is either positive or negative. I have to figure out myself as I texted and didn't even response. Then I have to called and asked, about my results. The answer I got was simply oh you are positive. I have to asked what steps should be taken because I am positive. The representative simply told me" you can quarantine yourself for 10 days , or if you want can go to CAC. Up to you." And I told the KKM and they said "no they should told you to come to us in the first place so that we can monitor you". Thankfully I asked around and went to KKM after I got my results if not I don't know what's going to happen .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klinik Sri Krishna is near my shop and has very friendly and helpful doctor/staff. I have always sent my staff for treatment and my staff has found the service professional, prompt and caring. They also has online/remote option for regular patient with chronic conditions. Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a wonderful experience with the clinic. Their staff are friendly and helpful. All my concerns and questions were handled very professionally by the Clinic manager, Ms. Jasima over the phone call regarding vaccination. Honestly I never seen someone who has the patience to answer all the questions asked. Dr Paul was very friendly and made me very comfortable prior the vaccination.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a normal Tuesday morning on the 8th of February 2022, I was in queue up to get my antigen test done with the nurse and I was asked to wait on the opposite side once it was done, with an Overwhelming crowd. While my brother and I was waiting outside, as I suddenly started feeling sweaty and chilly in a very uncomfortable way and I could not balance my body randomly started feeling dizzy . With all this going on in one go I really am grateful that it all happened the right place where the nurses were so organized and efficient where they really managed the situation in a very professional way and most importantly calmly where they managed to calm my mother down in that shock and did not turn the incident in a very panic manner. Especially a nurse named ARASI really treated me like her own daughter and guided me well in that situation and also BIG thanks to Doctor Paul who has taken the time to come to the back of the clinic (queue area) to check my vital sign in spite of the demanding crowd in the clinic. THANKS to Doctor Paul for leading such a great team and nurses who showed such love and compassion towards their patients. HAVE A GREAT DAY AND STAY SAFE.
