Very professional team. Unlike those fancy clinic, this clinic is looks like a proper clinic and provide good treatment for skin disease and also for acne and Pigmentation. My sister got dermatitis and got treated here. My mom got pigmentation and received good treatment too.

โ โ โ โ โ I am sharing this experience to raise your awareness during your visit. My 18 years old sister went to this specialist for acne treatment due to incorrect product usage. Her acne has no inflammation, and it can be considered as mild symptoms (I'm once a Severe acne patient). However, Dr.Ivan prescribed her Accutane and antibiotics as the treatment without any blood test. There is a lot of side effect with accurate, but what my sister only received was the side effects are dry skin and the risk of malformation if she is pregnant. Despite this is the primary symptom, but there are still tons of possible side effects that might cause the patient, and this doctor didn't inform my Sister at all. Apart from this, the nurse or the receptionist suggests some cleanser and moisturizer to the patient without letting know that the cleanser and moisturizer aren't a mandatory treatment Procedure. In such a narrative, I don't think this consider as suggest, and it is deceiving instead since the complete information wasn't given ahead, and the reception asks my sister to pay for it. (Of course, my sister paid for it. What can I expect? She has no experience before this and without my accompany). After my sister leaves the location, she immediately informs me of the price and the medication prescribed. This part raised my concern whereby I considered a severe acne patient years ago, but the fees not more than 300 bucks while my sister was mild acne, and this costs her 618 dollars. I asked my sister for the items and medication picture, and the result shocked me, as mentioned above. Accurate is not mandatory since the acne was mild and no inflammation. The rest two products were skincare, and the reception didn't indicate this is not mandatory. I am sharing this not to refrain you from visiting this, but you have to be careful of what the doctor and reception prescribed. As a consumer, you have the right to ask and reject. For those who are still underage or just an adult, please ask for your parents or friends to accompany. Thanks.

โ โ โ โ โ The nurses have poor and barbaric attitude. 3 nurses coming with Myvi car plate number CEF6633 are the ones that caused scratches to my car. My car was stationed in a parking spot in front of the Baby Needs store and they came in and parked very close to my car. One of them opened the door and hit my car. She didnโt even apologise and just rush up to the the clinic without any guilt. Their attitude while attending the customers also sum up how bad the service is from this Dr. Ko clinic. Totally unacceptable.

โ โ โ โ โ I visited the klinik on May 13,2022 morning. I was attended by the counter nurse and she was very friendly. I came to buy the skin rash medication bcos I found that all these years it has been very effective in curing my itchiness. My skin problem is always there off and on, maybe due to my health problems ie heart, kidney and diabetes. Taken other medications from other specialists but not effective at all. Still have to come back to Dr. Ko klinik for medicine.
