a good doctor explained until I really understood and was very patient to follow up on my condition until I recovered.

In January, I had wound infection in my left leg. In view of increasing pain, I chose to go to Dr. Low & Partners Clinic for medical treatment. When I went to the clinic, the doctor checked and noticed the pus discharge from the wound. The pus was sent to swab culture and sensitivity, so as to match the appropriate antibiotics for me. The doctor gave me some advices, he told me to wash the bed sheets immediately, vacuum and clean the whole room, and also told me to take my pets out of the room immediately. After that, the doctor matched me with antipruritic medicine and antibiotics, so that the wound from my left leg could slowly recover. A few days later, I went back to the clinic again. According to the doctor's observation, the doctor told me that there was abscess formation thereby the healing of the wound became delayed. The doctor told me he needed to help me to drain the abscess out so that more pus could come out of my left leg. Before the minor surgery, the doctor told the nurse to cover my eyes with eye shield so I wasn't so scared. The doctor put anesthesia on the skin in my left leg and then made a small hole so that more pus could drain out. After the minor surgery, the doctors and nurses carefully cleaned and bandaged my wound. The doctor asked me to continue taking antibiotics and told me to return to the clinic next week to see the condition of my wound. Soon came the day of the follow-up, the doctor told me that the pus in my left leg had obviously shrunk. The doctor gave me an ointment called MEDIHONEY and told me to apply it in the morning and at night. The doctor also instructed me to clean up the residual debris on the wound with a blade or cotton swab, so that the new flesh could grow up as soon as possible. After that, I was asked to come for follow-up every two days. During the period when I was dealing with the wound dressing myself. The doctor found that the wound was not well managed and healed very slowly. From that day onwards, I was asked to visit clinic every day so that the doctors and nurses could perform proper wound dressing for me. After two weeks of hard work by doctors and nurses, the wound on my left leg had recovered to 90%! The wound did not heal more than 6 weeks could actually heal in two weeks with proper dressing. I really want to thank Dr. Low and the nurses for their sincere dedication and hard work for the patients, I could deeply feel it. This cannot be expressed in words! The moral of the story, I would like to give everyone some advice. Please seek medical treatment as soon as possible and keep your living environment clean and away from any pets at home.

When this scabbies came to me, I felt very itchy on my hand and make me sleepless on that night.. Now, I’m going back to normal life without sleepless and itchiness.. ??

This morning, I called up the clinic at 9.40am to inform that my father Inlaw is having fever and the staff informed full and need to wait till tomorrow, but if afternoon have slot, she will call me and inform me. At 10.10am, she called to ask me to go in between 10.20-10.30am. Firstly she said if fever more than 3 days is ok to see the doctor. So, I was about to send my father Inlaw there and received another call saying that I must send him to do PCR(stated must poke nose type). I told him we did self-test for him and it’s negative. He don’t have others covid symptoms as we has been taking care of him for the past three days. Still they do not accept and decline to see my father Inlaw. In my opinion, this clinic seem too phobia to see patients with any covid symptoms which the patients are not covid patients at all. Even our Health Minister KJ also said RTK or self-test is sufficient enough and no need to go and do PCR which the result is slow and expensive. So, I do not understand why the doctors in this clinic decline to accept patients with fever whom they may not have covid. I am sorry to say this clinic has given me a bad impression and I am hoping they will change their thinking as to me seem a bit unethical for a doctor to not seeing patients whom might be in severe illness due to he has fever so they decline to diagnose him.

Had a very bad experience with this clinic. I wish to send my dad to check up as he had on and off fever for 2 days. When I walk in the clinic, on 3 April 2022 morning, the receptionist told me the doctor won’t take any patients with fever as they only accept patients with skin problem. But when look at the clinic signboards, it clearly mentioned they are a family and skin clinic. So I further ask the receptionist again, they told me their doctor will not accept any patients with fever even though I told them my dad has had RTK -ve this morning. Just wonder what is the code of ethics for doctor? Can they choose which patient they want to? If they worry about the Covid 19, why become a doctor?

Clinic staff is so polite and helpful. Doctor is very nice, patience and explain very detail. FYI,this clinic need to book appointment first. I've called them and the nurse assist me for my appointment. Highly recommended this clinic. Now my skin is so much better! Thanks Doctor and Nurses!

Nice clinic, Doctor was very kind and explain so detail about my skin condition and suggest a good treatment. My laser session was not painful at all. It is so satisfying and calming.
