★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This clinic have been my favorite since the first time I visited. The best clinic ever! The doctors are all very friendly!. Its open till 12 midnight (if im not mistaken) make it convenient to get a consultation for those who are working in the day! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service from both the counter, nurses and doctor. But the price is a bit steep for a normal dressing procedure. Other private clinics charge between rm20-rm25, but this clinic charged double to that. Other clinics, the dressing is done by the doctor but this one was done by two nurses, and monitored by the doctor. Probably that's why it was quite pricey.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience with the front desk. They should be more polite and friendly. They dont even greet the patient. This clinic is a panel for big company but provide so poor services. Pesakit datang klinik tengok semua tengah main phone. Lepas dapat ubat tak explain pun how do we consume that medicine. I didnt meet the doctor since it was a rest time but the front desk need to be more proper. Happened on 24/12 at 19.10pm.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. Went in because of wheezing and the doctor can make fun of it. She said "i cant hear the so called wheezing" while checking breath on top of hoodie. Beware netizen the doctor Grace very rasist. By just checking the breathe she decided tht no wheezing sound and perfectly fine. When explained the real situation she can make fun of it. Saying ask your boss to change seating plces. Is this how doctor. I came to u for a medical help but u asking me to talk to my boss. Stupiddd.doctor ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’vr read the recent review about this clinic, specifically mentioning Dr. Grace. My family & l have been to this clinic for long time, eversince the clinic was called Klinik Dr. Norliazura. But the services are just getting worst with both the staffs & the doctors, especially Dr. Grace. Absolute racist. I went there with my husband for pregnancy test & the way she asked questions & consult us was the like the laziest, worst etique & most racist doctor I’ve ever met. We got treated as if we are not locals. Then recently, my mom went there for her headache & bodyache, unfortunately Dr. Grace was available. Due to her bad service, my mom returned all the medicine and asked for refund. So, we’re saying goodbye to this clinic, just because of one doctor.
