β β β β β Don't ever come to this clinic. They start work late, closes early and they don't bother to see you even though you're very sick. Came here a few times because my office is here and I had a horrible experience where they just close 10 minutes before their actual closing time and give you that unwelcoming look. This place should close down as soon as possible.

β β β β β My condition got worse. I had sore throat and a little bit of dry cough and the doctor prescribed me antibiotics (3x for 5 days). Initially, the pain from swallowing was gone but my dry cough worsened. It developed into phlegm but I thought it would get better since I could somehow cough it out. I finished the entire course now but my condition just got worse. The pain from swallowing returned and I cough (dry) like crazy it's hurting my throat.

β β β β β A preggar patient walked into the clinic at 4:11pm, operating hours stated on the glass door says closes at 4:30pm. Nurse showed an unwelcoming face and say registration closes at 4pm and ignored the patient. Patient put down the medical card. Doctor came out to the receptionist counter around 4:18pm and lectured the patient saying not supposed to come so late and she will not provide consultation and prescribe anything after 4:30pm. So as the patient was in need of the medication, the patient explained saying all she needs was the usual medicines which she always take from this clinic after some document checking, it always took less than 10 minutes. Doctor reluctantly asked the nurse to finally register the patient and gave the medicines in the most rude manner (e.g. read me your card number! Why u didn't use the mobile app to register?! Please explain why?! How many pills you want? For what ah? Next time come earlier, etc.). The preggar patient finally collected the medicines and walked out at 4:30pm. βΊοΈ
