★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Berhari hari aku call klinik nak tanya pasal vaksin. Boleh kau cakap kau busy sangat sampai tak boleh angkat. Aku walk in tengok kau duduk kat kaunter depan tak buat apa dengan pesakit pun takde. Sedangkan tengahari aku call sebelum aku walk in takde siapa angkat. Bila aku tanya kau bagi alasaan busy busy busy. Busy dengan pesakit takde? Berhari hari kot aku call! Alasan sampah. Kalau camni la staff yang jaga kaunter depan, pemalas angkat call, memang takkan aku datang klinik ni. Aku harap takkan ada pesakit datang klinik ni kalau camni teruk layanan front desk bagi.
Kalau doktor bagus macam mana sekali pun tapi front desk teruk camni, terbantut rasa pesakit nak datang klinik.
Every day I call the clinic to ask about the vaccine. Can you say you're so busy you can't lift. I walked in to see you sitting at the front desk doing nothing with the patient. Meanwhile, at noon I called before I walked in and no one picked me up. When I ask you for the reason of busy busy busy. Busy with patients? Every day my coat calls! The reason is rubbish. If the staff in charge of the front counter were lazy, I would not come to this clinic. I hope no patients come to this clinic if the front desk service is bad.
If the doctor is good in any way, but the front desk is bad, the patient's feeling of wanting to come to the clinic is stunted.
