β β β β β Doctor Ma is very friendly and negotiable, very particular with the service of his staffs, although queue is long in the morning due to lack of staffs, it is advisable for patients to visit especially in the afternoon.

β β β β β The doctor so irresponsible, the clinic is open at 10am but doctor only turn up about 10.45. my appointment been made at 11am and i only can met the doctor at 12:30. What is the point for the appointment made? terrible clinic ever.

β β β β β Went there at 5pm and was told that there is no doctor and the doctor will only arrive at 7pm. Please la if there is no doctor at the clinic don't say that your clinic is open. 24hours clinic still where's your face man.

β β β β β I stood there for 10 minutes looking at the assistants who ignored me at the registration counter. I kept going "hello, hello", they saw and ignored. Then finally I got registered and got in to see the doctor. I had a terrible cough that made me fear of incontinence with each cough, and the fever drained my energy so badly. I did see another doctor during the day when the fever started, and I did tell the doctor everything. Without fully diagnosing, he assumed I got dengue. He wrote his prescription, and I requested for an MC because I know I needed the rest with the energy draining this way. He asked if I was absent from work during the day. I said, I needed it for tomorrow, I am really exhausted. He scorned at me and sarcastically said things about me asking for an MC and not wanting to go to work tomorrow. Well, doctor, if I did not go to work during the day, I would have gone to the doctor and gotten MC for the day. If the condition improved, I won't have needed to come find you at night. You are not my first choice doctor. I came here because you are one of the panels in my insurance and I had no other clinics to go to that day. I will never go back to you again, ever!

β β β β β On 8/7/19 i went to klinik famili in the morning around 9am, just wondering why less of patients..I heard that there is one chinese man doctor, whenever he is working is alot of patients queing up. But on that day less patients and i just dont bother it. Once my turn comes, i explain to the doctor said that midnite i get so cold fever , my eyes pain, i diarrea, i vomit one time, and my back bone is so pain. And he said let me check and he inform me that i dont have fever. Yes i told him that morning i feel okay but when its come to night time my body is so cold and whole night never sleep. They way the doctor talk is like teasing /sarcastic..At last i ask him "SORRY FOR ASKING DOCTOR CAN I HAVE MC AND CAN I KNOW HOW MANY DAYS CAN YOU GIVE ME BECAUSE I NEED A REST", And wat he reply is "ONE DAY ENUF LA MADAM"..IS this the correct way to answer by one doctor??Whatever it is i just take the one day mc and walk way. The next day my body get the same thing, i become worst and my husband straight away bring me to Klinik Kesihatan Ayer Itam. And the doctor check me with taking my blood and its get to know that my body get bacteria influence..And doctor ask me to rest and she gave me 2 days mc..Moral of the story is : Please dont underestimate everyone.Not everybody is the same..Some purposely came to take mc but some are not..PLEASE PASS THIS MESSAGE TO DR.HARDEV SINGH(MPM 21519). Thank you.

β β β β β Worst experience ever, very old school and lousy clinic. Please visit other clinics, otherwise you have to wait a long time in a hot and unventilated space. They only receive cash but without posting any notice 'transaction in cash only' at front counter, can't imagine now still have clinics didn't owned a card terminal (even for debit card).
