โ โ โ โ โ On 3rd Oct 11am, I went to this clinic due to migraine. The on duty lady doctor was really rude and unprofessional when she carried out her job. She covered herself up like she is dealing with coronavirus patient. She kept herself far from me and not talking to me face to face. When I requested her be polite to me esp talking to me face to face. She however told her nurse that I marah dia.

โ โ โ โ โ Doctors there are professional, patients and helpful. I went for my routine medical check up there, the doctor explained clearly and provided professional advice compare to other medical centres. Prices are reasonable also. Strongly recommended !

โ โ โ โ โ Need to wait for half an hour even though there are no patient attended by the doctor. Rude doctor with poor explanation. No empathy showed. Both receptionist & doctors are not friendly at all. The receptionist rather spend time watching drama than assisting the patient. Used to be great under a male Chinese doctor

โ โ โ โ โ The most disappointing clinic I have ever been to in my life. The doctor was not professional at all and the nurse was not being very nice. They take so long to attend and register a patient. Furthermore, they wanted to give medicine without even consulting or checking the condition of the patient. The most disappointing part is when you spend so much for RTK test and the result came out indeterminate and when I asked for the test kit, they have already disposed it. Furthermore, they asked to do a PCR instead due to the indeterminate result which is another overpriced test compared to most of the clinics out there. To be honest, I do not mind paying for a doctor who knows what they are doing and actually shows results, doesn't matter you are a KKM doctor or not, you should at least be professional and logical. In a nutshell, the patient went to the clinic to get treated but instead he went and spend on a indeterminate RTK test and went home empty handed. Fortunately, he is recovered with over the counter medicine and is not covid positive, shouldn't have step foot in the clinic first of all, but lesson learned.
P/S: The clinic will insist you to do RTK/PCR because they do not trust your covid test kit that you buy from the pharmacies, but by using their covid test kit, they still cannot tell if you are positive or negative. I wonder what covid test kit they use, at least the covid test kit from the can tell either you are negative/positive or it is a faulty kit.
