Masa booking suruh punctual kalau tak, kena tambah harga, tp kita datang kedai yang tak buka

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman di klinik ni sgt mengecewakan. Servis lambat, penjaga disuruh duduk diceruk bilik sambil tgk staff jalan ke hulu hilir. Haiwan peliharaan pula dibawa ke bilik tertutup, jd penjaga xtau apa yg jd dlm bilik tu.
Dtg utk vaksin 4 kucing, doktor seboleh xnk vaksin 2 kucing sy sbb selsema (sebenarnya x pon). Sy ckp klinik lain ok je, terus melenting ckp pasal etika. Pastu sy tanya staff, kenapa konsep klinik penjaga duduk bilik lain, kucing bilik lain. Staff tu boleh pula ckp, "Klu x suka jgn datang." Mmg xla aq nak dtg lagi layanan camtu. Aq dtg pon sbb time pkp xleh rentas negeri, dekat dgn umah dan Muslim. Nekad pergi luar daerah, aq terus bawa kucing g klinik veterinar BBU. Selamat semua kucing aq divaksin, xde pon doktor ckp selsema bagai.
Tu kes aq, rupanya jiran aq pon terkena dgn klinik ni. Dia dtg nk sunat kucing, doktor tu suruh jiran aq vaksin dulu kucing baru boleh sunat. Jiran aq pon ckp org klinik kerajaan ckp xpayah vaksin pon xpe. Nk tau apa doktor tu balas? "Org yg ckp tu, dekat tag nama dia ada tulisan doktor x?" Jiran aq pon cancel terus.
Klu korg nk dtg gak..dtg la..tp siapkan diri dgn duit dlm poket..oooo ye, klinik ni siap de sistem kaunseling bagai. Ckp itu ini, aq dtg nk rawat kucing aq, bukan nk dgr ceramah. Komen sy bukan nk jatuhkan bisnes saudara seagama. Mohon pihak klinik ubah perangai klu xnk pelanggan lari.
Ps: Aq de 40 ekor kucing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hmm..pergi sini sbb kucing sakit kuning , mintak dia masukkn air sbb kucing dah 2 hari tak nak makan,lastly kne cucuk 2 kali sbb yg prtama tu salah jarum..menjerit kucing kne cucuk 2 kali..!!! Jarum besar sangat..harga mahal dari yg lain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pet parents, please be mindful when trying to get your pets getting treatment at this clinic. Firstly, the cost is super high. Secondly, there’s a narrative that my cat has to go through a weekly dose of meds before can be administered with the second vaccine. After a follow-up communication to get the second vaccination slot, suddenly the vaccine has become invalid. The vet was the one asking for a follow-up session for the second vaccination and yet they’ve asked for me to reset again the vaccination from the start. This is daylight robbery. It’s better to seek from other vets opinion as I’ve no problem whatsoever with my other cats in Cyberjaya. The only reason I’ve to consider this vet was because I’ve to stay for awhile in Pontian.
