★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its my first time to this clinic, the nurses and vet are really friendly and loving. Theyre really patient in answering your questions and giving advices. Clean and comfortable environment , reasonable prices too. Good experience and definitely recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first time visit to this clinic, where i was reluctant at first because i was worried if i could get a good care for my dog since the doctor and the staffs here all malays. Thinking that they wont feel easy since its a dog that they gonna treat. But i was wrong, the doctor took a good care of my dog, told me what went wrong and what to do and so on. They gave a good care and treated my dog well. He became active again after discharged from clinic. Im not sure about the price but im happy with their service.. thank you so much dr.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just moved from KL to JB and chose to bring my cat to this vet. Had my first visit for vaccination and it was wonderful. The doctor and assistants were friendly and polite. Rates are affordable. Detailed explanation and excellent services were given so it's worth with the rates charged. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They first misgendered my kitten and only discovered their mistake right before neutering. After neutering my cat got very sick and ended up passing as it turns out she had feline leukemia. We did not know she had it and later found out from another vet that usually before neutering, they do a blood test to avoid these situations but this vet did not. After she passed they said " we only do tests at customer's request" but did not inform us about it beforehand or the risks.
Also mistook my cat's body for another cat and misinformed me about the time of death because "they handled more then 30 cats" which is not a viable excuse and very irresponsible.
Staff also handled my cat roughly when she was very sick, pulled her by the arm out from cage when weighing her.
Deeply regret bringing my cat here, please reconsider. Neutering should never end in a cat's death!
