My cat seems happy received treatment here. Good service and affordable price for us. I'll recommend to you guys to send ur cat here if you want to vaksin them or for health check up ❤️?

For vaccination, de-worm ok la. But not for treating injuries, not reliable at all. I've brought my cat twice to treat wound. But the vet just clean the wound as in dapped the wound only and spray Iodine. The 2nd time my another cat got 1 wound and it's swelling and got pus. Same treatment method given without pressing or sucking out the pus. After 1 week the wound getting bad despite consumed medicines prescribed. And I have to clean and pressed the pus myself. I was charged about 180.00 for that simple treatment given. In my point of view if you don't want to treat such disgusting wound let your customer know. And if you afraid that cust not afford to pay also let us know. For some customers its not about money. But the love and the bond between themself and their pet. The way they handle my cat also seems like less enthusiasm and they scared that my cat might act agressive. I opted to sent to another vet. And the service given and care is way much better and less pricey.

My adopted cat got unknown wound with pus on her leg. I brought my cat to Hawa Veterinary. The vet just dapped the wound and spray iodine. Less than 5 mins treatment time given. They don't clean the area where pus dripped. The Dr & staff don't bother to say or advise anything on it. And this was the 2nd time same treatment manner given. They did not pressed out or sucked the pus out.They don't bother to check my cat thoroughly. The way the handle my cat also appeared less enthusiasm. They just dressed the wound nonchalantly and administered medicines for 5 days. No advised given and no follow up. I even asked them to shave the fur at affected area and do it's easy for me to dress the wound. I was so upset and frustrated for them to treated my cat like that. Perhaps my cat is less prominent breed so they don't really bother. I was charged RM210.00 for the visit. After 5 days the wound got worsen. And my cat started behaved aggressively. So I opted to bring my cat to Muezza veterinary. My cat condition was so bad that time. Pus kept dripping with foul smells. The Vet in Muezza was so efficient and handle my cat with love. She inspect the wound closely and admitted my cat for observation for 1 night. When I picked my cat, my cat was already groomed, cleaned and treated in a best possible was. My cat looks less distress and smells like heaven. And the Vet give advised and taught me on how to give medicine to my cat. My POV is. If you feel disgust to treat my cat or perhaps you think I'm less afford for the cost of treatment let me know. There is another option of veterinary that I may opt. Don't trouble your cust to go all the way to your veterinary but service given disappointed. I have to endured my cat whined because she's in pain and all the dripping pus messed all over my house. You need to bear in mind that for some people their pet provide emotional support, and profound values in their life and they are not just animal to them. So please treat them with respect, love & integrity. If I'm late sent my cat to another vet I would not know what will happened. Gosh this is too much to bear. I will never sent my pet here. Not again.

Care for cats!! They give reasonable rate which is affordable. Their services is also excellent.

Sending all our cats here for medical treatment, very good doctor & friendly staff, they also have boarding for cats.

Cheap for a reason..services very suck..one time u deal and book appointment..but when u reach the clinic they just simply changed the date..

The staff is friendly, the doctors all good, they do great job on treating my cat until he really stable and can go home. Definitely will refer to this vet clinic in case any of my cat is sick. They also have low price on vaccine and neuter if you buy their kad kebajikan.

I send two of my cat over here... My wife reminded them only to trim the fur at their butt n paws... Not to trim my mainecoon whole fur... Hahaha... N they said that will update once finish with the grommg session around 2pm but till 4.30pm still nothing... but when i called, they said long time already finish... Hahaha... For me this is not professional and the result is not satisfactory. last time i'll come here...
