★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was okay except not answered the calls, it's better if they do have Whatsapp Business number for existing customer like other Vet Clinic, so appointment confirmation all can made thru Whatsapp. At least the staff can manage the Whatsapp Business end of the day in their monitor. Plus, we as a customer no need to rush calling them every hour for several times, we also have work to be done. It was pointless to tell your customer "please give us call 2-3 days before appointment to confirm your attendance" but then nobody answered. I hope they can upgrade this kind of service. The rest all is OK

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bringing my pet dog for spaying at the clinic just a few days ago.. Experiencing a very good time and the staff are friendly and professional in explaining the details such as medication and consultation service..
Worth for the price and trusted service from the staff as well as the doctor from the clinic..

Just seriously don't know how to describe the doctor here....
No hope become got hope. Almost dying one become alive again. Sick one becomes normal again. If you do pet funeral service in the same area, your business will no good.
1. The doctors, pro yet humble.
2. The price, not cheap but affordable, price matches with the quality.
3. The service, they always under promise but over deliver.
4. The facility, very the high tech you feel living in future 2030.
If you don't want the best for your pet, don't come here, go far far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst clinic ever in kampar. If your cat got sick, don't ever come here. Second time already my kitten didn't get proper treatment and examination, just instead give some pill and bottled medical. It's seem they are not quite experience in cat treatment as they never find the symptom or even explain the cause. More worst is the price is not really cheap just with few medicine. My 2 kittens was fine and haven't becoming worse but basic injection for immune system or vaccines also not provided for my poor kittens. Feel very disappointed since they didn't examine and check thoroughly for my kittens. RIP my loves
Newest update: now my new adopted kitty have similar symptom and the clinic I visited in Ipoh has immediately provide the necessary treatment and injection for the first admission and my kitty is feeling better. Everytime I rewise back to the past to help my kittens, I really feel disappointed to the veterinary services in Kampar.
At last, this is my true personal experience and I hope that veterinary clinic in Malaysia will be improved as good as in Taiwan that provides 24 hours service and advanced utilities.

1.Servis daripada receptionist sangat mesra and buatkan customer selesa.
2. Untuk doctor. I'm not really satisfied with her service. Not really friendly on her service and macam rushing.
For me the price quite pricey for that kind of service. And my brother told me, I need to request the other doctor actually.

It went well the staff was friendly the first time i cme..for the second time here was unpleasant for me..the staff was rude she asked me about my appointments and i told her i called here multiple times yesterday and today but no answer..instead of saying sorry she said "ooo kadang memang kita busy skit, and rudely asked for my ic and gve it to me back wtout saying thank you..pls improve ur customer service. Id rather deal w the other staff other than her..horrible service urghh

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my adopted dog to the vet for the first time, I saw there were some abandoned newborn puppies in the cage,so cute and active. How kind-hearted are they... The doctor asked many questions about Coffee recently situation and explained very detail for all of my questions and my answers for his situation. The movement was so smooth and clean. Coffee swallowed the worm pill in no time at all. They suggested to buy a spray for Coffee body fungus infection. Now his skin infection is very good, no more scratching until bleed and bad fur drop. They are all so friendly, welcomed Coffee with opened-arm and praised him "so cute". Coffee so excited until showing them his created dance,"snake dance". Second adopted dog, Ace. She got very very bad skin problems due to living in very bad environment worse than rubbish bin because of human being. She got barely some fur at that time and very dried and smelly skin. Her nose part covered with fungus like a biscuit, hard surface. The doctor there explained so well about her problem and even use the uv light to check properly for her skin problems. She is so lucky to have a kind helper to help us paying the fees. Now, she is so fluffy and funny baby. The doctors and assistance there never reject Coffee and Ace invitation for petting them. This make Coffee and Ace reduce the stress in vet, they know what is going to be happened in the vet?
